Centravis LLC, leading Ukrainian tubes and pipes producer is searching a Purchase Manager to lead the Indirect Procurement Team.

This position will be aiming at supplying from Western Europe key materials and spare parts for the group operations, which is located in Ukraine (Dnipro and Uzhgorod).

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Procurement activities.

-Searching, testing and involving suppliers that can ensure reliable partnership based on: timely delivery, high quality standards, price competitiveness. 

- P2P process ensuring.

- Category management.

- Preparing and leading the negotiation process in order to obtain Total Best Value for the company.

- Contract conclusion process.

- Monitoring and timely reporting the innovation on market, market condition changing.

- Creation and further maintaining the List of Suppliers (preferred, current and potential).

- Constant looking for the saving opportunities. 

- Purchase orders processing, daily check an actual demand, check the status of a goods delivering. 

-Working with the suppliers to ensure correct package of documents for the goods dispatching. 

- SAP master data maintenance (payments request forms, PR & PO tracking, monthly-based reports providing, SAP contracts aligment etc.).

- Monitoring of KPIs

Field of activities. 

OpEx spend pool – spare parts, materials, maintenance and start up services. CapEx – equipment.

Cross functional work:

Internal Cooperation with the other departments (Production department, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Security, Logistic and Brokerage) to ensure effective crosfunction work. Meetings participation for the best understanding business environment, needs and priorities.

Outside cooperation with the suppliers and with the logistic partner to ensure reliable procurement process for the production.

CSA (control self-assessment): 

Control of the related procurement processes. Providing reports based on self-assessment conclusions to identify potential audit issue. Developing and providing procedure to ensure strong financial security within related purchasing processes.   

Requirements:

Education: Economic or Technical degree.

Job experience: 5 or more years experience in similar role.

Languages: English and Ukrainian are required at a fluent level, German is desirable.

Other requirements: Knowledge of SAP – will be an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Excel.
