Open vacancy: Junior Lawyer (Kyiv)
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Lawyer. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or a specialist with up to 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, international law, investments, intellectual property, litigation to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on a wide range of legal issues.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Support senior lawyers in case management and trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing legal advice and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Several years of experience working in international company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite.
