We are looking for a Middle HRMS Configurator/People Analyst to join our HR CoE.
In this role, you’ll help shape and configure HR processes across the company, transforming the N-iXer lifecycle into a seamless, personalized experience.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing current-state data and performance indicators to identify process gaps ahead of system implementation
- Brainstorming and redesigning HR processes: from document flows to performance reviews and self-service forms - every step of the N-iXer journey
- Configuring and replicating workflows and other HRMS components
- Validating and resolving configuration issues and errors
- Testing business scenarios and collecting UAT feedback
- Mapping and migrating legacy and current people data
- Supporting access setup and integration testing
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience with system configuration, people data analysis, process design and quality assurance
- Advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel, or similar analytical tools, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Intermediate or higher level of English
- A proactive, reliable self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative settings
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dig deep, stay curious, and persist until the issue is fully resolved
Nice to have:
- Experience in leading process transformation initiatives
- Hands-on involvement in implementing or configuring HRMS, ERP, CRM, or ATS platforms
- Interest or experience in creating communication plans and creating engaging content (videos, presentations, visuals)
