N-iX is looking for a Legal counsel to join and support the Legal Department within the international N-iX group by assisting with vendor contract reviews, corporate maintenance, document administration, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
The role is designed as a growth position, starting with vendor-related work and gradually expanding to cover corporate matters and HR-related documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Review and provide comments on vendor agreements, NDAs, and other standard templates
- Coordinate the internal approval process for vendor documentation
- Support vendor compliance by collecting basic company and KYC information when required
- Assist in the preparation and updating of corporate documents (resolutions, PoAs, statutory forms, corporate registers)
- Help coordinate annual filings and routine reporting in specific jurisdictions (beneficial ownership updates, statutory returns, etc.)
- Support communication with external corporate service providers and banks on procedural matters
- Assist lawyers with basic employment or B2B-related issues, investigations across new jurisdictions
- Participate in document updates and template maintenance once sufficient experience is gained
- Participate in amendments of HR related agreements upon request (according to the matrix) - under supervision
Requirements:
- Law degree (Master’s or LL.M preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (preferably within an international group, IT, or similar business environment)
- Practical experience in contract review and/or corporate law
- Basic understanding of compliance principles (KYC, sanctions, GDPR)
- Ability to review and draft standard contracts
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Capacity to work across multiple jurisdictions and priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
