N-iX is seeking an experienced Junior Market Research Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data on market conditions, competitors, and prospect customers from various sources such as industry reports, market research studies, public information, and surveys.
- Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the company's strategic goals.
- Track competitors' activities and benchmark N-iX against competitors in structured written reports.
- Provide support to senior analysts and managers in various research projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in economics, business, or related disciplines.
- Recent graduates with demonstrated research experience in an academic or business setting are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as a Market Analyst is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- A good understanding of the IT outsourcing industry and sound knowledge of general business concepts and terminology would be advantageous.
- Strong ability to collect, structure, and analyze information from various sources (e.g., industry and market research reports, company public information, articles).
- Proven capability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- High level of self-discipline, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using PCs and various software applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
