Junior+/Middle 2d artist

Independent game studio is looking for 2D artist to join our team on the full-time basis in Kyiv office.

What will you do:

• Creating concept art for characters, environment and objects

• Creating textures

• Preparing layered files for animation and for developers

• Communication with team of artists and developers

Required skills:

• Portfolio with 2d artworks

• Understanding of the game art pipeline

• Ability to draw by hand

• Ability to work in different graphic styles and to follow a given style

• Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, anatomy, environment and characters

• Experience with Photoshop and using graphic tablet

• 1 - 2+ years of experience in creating 2D artwork for games

Will be a plus:

• Previous work experience on similar position

• Specialized education

• Graphic design/Web design/UI design experience

• Animation experience
