 About you

• Can`t sit still. Even with a busy schedule, you will be happy to find time to work between hobbies, duties or study.
• Have decent English skills but want to improve them.

• Your perfectionism prevents you from leaving work unfinished and makes you pay attention to even the smallest details.
• Worked in a team project or had experience in business communication.
• Growth mindset, you’ll be open to new ideas, embrace feedback & coaching, and challenge our beliefs to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Using PC as a tool in everyday life.
• Background in customer support and experience with MS Office is a plus (if you have no experience, we are ready to teach you).
• Call center experience

 Primary Responsibilities:

• Upload documents to patient's charts. 
• Post and review payments received. 
• Entry the charges for bills creation. 
• Collect and entering claim information. 
• Submit claims and following up with insurance carriers on unpaid or rejected claims. 
• Perform calls to insurance companies to obtain claim status. 
• Work with medical documentation.
