The Evergame team is an E-Commerce company selling video games, consoles (including PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch), and gaming accessories. We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Purchasing Manager who will take ownership of supplier strategy, stock planning, and team management, ensuring stable product availability and strong partnerships with publishers and distributors
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2years of experience in a Team Lead / managerial role
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement/supply chain
- Experience working with EU or US brands will be a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Good written and spoken English (confident working level, not necessarily advanced)
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with reports (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Interest or understanding of the gaming industry (video games, consoles, and gamingaccessories like keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers, etc.) would be a strong advantage.
Main Duties:
- Leading and managing the Purchasing team (2-3 people)
- Working directly with key suppliers, publishers, and distributors
- Negotiating contracts and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Overseeing stock ordering and product availability
- Monitoring pricing, margins, and cost optimization
- Controlling inventory levels and preventing overstock or shortages
- Supporting business growth by building strong supplier relationships.
- Improving and structuring existing purchasing and supplier management processes
- Taking ownership of process optimization and building scalable workflows in a growing environment
