 Our client, a Western textile manufacturer, is looking for a new team member to fill the position of 

Head of Sewing Section 
place of work Ternopil

Head of Sewing reports to Factory Manager.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Textile/Manufacturing;
• Min. 3 years of experience in the similar position in the sewing or textile industry;
• Leadership and people management skills;
• An excellent communicator;
• Planning and problem solving skills;
• English, B2 level is a crucial requirement;
• A confident user of MSOffice/Ехсеl.

Responsibilities:

•    Create master production plans, work orders and establish quality standards;
•    Make sure seamstresses follow a planned timeline, fix problems if any;
•    Manage the team;
•    Ensure timely sewing of orders and minimum fabric waste;
•    Initiate employees training and development;
•    Develop regular reports to management and clients.
