A leading international advisory and consulting firm active in the students housing market is seeking an ambitious, confident, and well-mannered business manager interested in working in vibrant real estate sector as
Senior Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Leading conversations with clients (investors, banks, funds, asset managers, developers and operators);
- Presenting the company products and services to clients and partners through conference calls, face-to-face meetings, or conferences;
- Representing the company at events, conferences, and other forums abroad;
- Regularly visiting clients in major cities across Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands);
- Preparing business proposals, quotations, calculations, and contracts, as well as draft project budgets;
- Delivering online and in person presentations;
- Responsibility for timely and accurate input of information into the company CRM system;
- Keeping regular sales records;
- Preparation and reporting on weekly and monthly sales reports (conversions, deals, targets, activities, etc.);
- Participation in regular meetings with the head of the Business Development department;
- Communication and collaboration with other managers and the respective departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
- Proven track record in the real estate sector: Student housing / PBSA, Multifamily / Residential investment, Real estate advisory, Data & research services, Institutional real estate investment or development.
- Understanding of market intelligence and data-driven solutions.Experience selling services, e.g. market researches, customer surveys, analytical assessments etc.
- Demonstrated success in B2B business development, including identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, Heads of Investment, Asset Managers).
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and sales pipelines, including CRM proficiency.
- Strong negotiation and proposal development skills, particularly with tailored services or high-value contracts.
- Awareness of global trends in student mobility, international education, or cross-border real estate investments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial opportunities.
- High energy and strong drive, hunter mindset, independent and creative in sales.
- Willingness to travel (if required) for client meetings, industry events, or conferences within Europe.
