Hello!
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant for our Managing Board in Warsaw.
Main tasks:
- Providing administrative support to the CEO and company owner
- Manage the calendar of meetings, negotiations and events
- Organization of meetings, conference and other events attendance (reserving tickets, hotels, events, payment control, solving organizational issues)
- Arranging stays in Warsaw for the visiting teammates from other countries
- Ensuring effective communication between management and other employees of the company
- Preparation and formatting of documents, presentations and reports
- Solving various administrative issues in and out of the office
What you need to join us:
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
- High level of organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and find real solutions
- Strong time management skills and comfort with multitasking
- Ukrainian - Native
- English language - Upper-intermediate
- Knowledge of the Polish language - Intermediate
- High level of mastery of MS Office computer programs, Google Drive, experience with CRM
