Your mission
You will lead Daos Hub’s content across global channels, ensuring every story and campaign reflects our brand ambition and drives measurable impact. This role goes beyond posting — it’s about shaping perception, generating leads, and building a scalable content strategy. You’ll combine creativity, AI tools, and data-driven insights to inspire millions to engage, collaborate, and believe in the future we’re creating.Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap
- 0–30 Days
- You’ll take the lead in shaping Daos Hub’s voice across global channels — defining how the world sees and feels our brand. During this phase, you’ll reboot our digital presence, launch daily publishing, and build momentum around a bold, authentic narrative that reflects our Web3 vision.
- 31–60 Days
- You’ll assemble and lead and guide a small creative team, transforming ideas and events into stories that travel. Every campaign will amplify our presence, attract new audiences, and strengthen Daos Hub’s positioning as a brand that leads conversations — not follows them.
- 61–90 Days
- You’ll build a clear system of accountability around key metrics — MAU, DAU, content volume, follower growth, and relevant leads from SMM channels. Working closely with leadership, you’ll refine the strategy, ensure consistent performance across platforms, and drive measurable business impact that strengthens Daos Hub’s position as a leading Web3 brand.
How You’ll Contribute
- Define and drive Daos Hub’s brand story across all digital channels.
- Lead a small creative team and manage external contractors for high-quality, cost-effective content.
- Turn events, campaigns, and social content into measurable engagement and business results.
- Align marketing efforts with company goals, collaborating with design, production team, and leadership teams.
- Introduce innovative strategies and formats that differentiate Daos Hub, including non-trivial marketing campaigns such as Telegram mini-app activations, participation in events like Token 2049, and leveraging EGC/UGC content.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience leading social media channels, content strategy, and digital marketing initiatives with measurable results in audience growth, engagement, and brand impact.
- Proven track record managing small teams(3-5 people) and external contractors, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and growth tactics, including UGC, EGC, and IGC.
- Fluency in English and a passion for Web3, startups, and AI-driven marketing.
- Ability to leverage AI and automation to scale content production efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong creativity, attention to detail, and results-oriented focus.
- Experience optimizing campaigns and content for lead generation, brand awareness, and monetization.
