We are looking for a Product Application Engineer to support the development of Schneider Electric solutions in the EV Charging and Prosumer area, with a main focus on AC/DC EV chargers and Small Energy Storage solutions.  

This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise, product support and sales enablement. You will work with partners, distributors, customers and internal Schneider Electric teams to help select the right solutions, prepare and present offers, support new product launches and develop the business in the local market. The role is mainly office-based, with occasional customer meetings and business trips (up to 25% of working time). 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide technical support to partners, distributors, customers and the sales team on AC/DC EV chargers, Prosumer and Small Energy Storage solutions.  
• Support solution selection based on customer needs and prepare technical and commercial proposals.  
• Deliver product presentations, trainings, webinars and participate in seminars and customer meetings.  
• Support existing partners and help identify new opportunities and market segments.  
• Contribute to new product launches and adaptation of the offer to local market needs.  
• Analyze the market, competitors, pricing and customer needs.  
• Cooperate with the international product line and internal Schneider Electric teams.  
• Prepare technical, commercial and marketing documentation.  
• Support order preparation, sales forecasting and execution of the sales plan 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Higher technical education in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Electronics, Automation or a related field.  
• Experience in a technical, product application, pre-sales, sales engineering or technical-commercial role.  
• Strong technical foundation and ability to quickly learn new products and solutions. 
• Confident communication with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.  
• Ability to present and explain technical information clearly.  
• English at Intermediate level or above; fluent Ukrainian.  
• Readiness for occasional business trips (up to 25% of working time) 
  
  

Nice to Have 

• Driving license category B. 
• Experience with EV charging solutions or charging stations.  
• Experience with UPS, inverters, power electronics or energy storage.
• Experience in pre-sales or preparation of commercial offers.  
• Experience working with distributors or partner networks.  
• Experience in market/competitor analysis or new product launches.
