Technical & Commercial Engineer (Service business)
Mission: Due to the development of the service business, we are looking for a technical and commercial engineer who will be the driver of modernization projects, energy audits and service solutions in the direction of electric drives and energy management. The position combines technical expertise, work with customers on sites and development of service sales in close cooperation with the sales team.
Your IMPACT:
- Development of service portfolio (VFD, modernization, retrofit, power audits).
- Initiation of projects for modernization of electrical equipment, search for new opportunities.
- Conducting technical audits and identifying opportunities for optimizing energy consumption.
- Preparation of technical proposals.
- Support of sales team in complex technical projects.
- Building long-term relationships with customers.
- Independent management of modernization projects.
- Increasing service turnover.
- Generation of service contracts.
- Development and updating of technical instructions, protocols and recommendations.
- Support and development of corporate service standards.
Your Profile:
- Higher technical education (electrical engineering, automation, energy).
- Work experience with VFD and/or power equipment from 5 years.
- Experience working with industrial enterprises.
- Skills in financial justification of projects (CAPEX / OPEX / ROI).
- Confident communication skills.
- English — from B1 (Intermediate).
