The journey:

  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews)
  • Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partners performance / decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating
  • Develop and oversee relationships with Partners performing alongside Account Managers to ensure top level service provided to the clients
  • Provide analytical support regarding Partner Operations metrics to the country Partner Operation Manager
  • Bring important insights and cooperate with relevant stakeholders to drive important changes which can make partner operations more efficient
  • Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involve

What you will bring to the ride:

  • Strong analytical skills: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
  • High level of ownership: independent and not afraid to take responsibility
  • Data-driven mindset: KPI, OKR are not just letters for you
  • Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • Brilliant Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive Issue Management: Stay vigilant and proactive in identifying any potential delays or issues that might arise
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
  • Google Spreadsheets/Excel proficiency
  • SQL (nice to have)
  • Looker (nice to have)
  • Professional English
