The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for improving the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, and increasing demand generation through various channels.
You are a data-driven digital marketing all-rounder, with a strong understanding of marketing technology, testing new approaches, and using analytics to demonstrate results.
Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Managing Demand Generation processes and operations. Ensuring clear processes are in place with sales and marketing teams to score and manage leads in the CRM;
- Email marketing. Segment and nurture database, working with the content team to test messages to different target audiences and create automated email workflows;
- Website management. Improve website performance and conversion rate optimization of key landing pages, with necessary integrations in place;
- Analyzing data trends and optimizing performance accordingly;
- Provide management reports that track key performance indicators, including MQLs and SQLs.
Skills we would like you to bring to the team:
- Interested in marketing technology and enthusiastic to pilot new approaches;
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of Demand Generation, including the use of marketing automation and CRM tools to deliver marketing, and qualified leads;
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. Able to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions, and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues;
- Skilled in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO);
- Experience using Pipedrive CRM and WordPress CMS is preferred but not essential;
- Strong written and spoken English.
