Personal assistant

Position: Personal Assistant to Company Owners 

Industry: Architecture, Construction, Environmental Design

Responsibilities:

• Organizing the daily schedule of the company owners: meetings, trips, calls, reminders
• Handling business correspondence in Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Italian
• Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
• Coordinating tasks with on-site teams
• Translating and assisting during negotiations and online meetings
• Communicating with contractors, architects, and designers
• Monitoring task completion and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian
• English and Italian proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or management roles
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
• Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
• Understanding of neural networks and generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)
• Knowledge of or strong interest in the construction/architecture field — is a plus
• High level of responsibility, punctuality, and organizational skills
