The Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening TGH’s collaboration with local and international partners in Ukraine. The role includes overseeing the partnership cycle (from due diligence and agreements to monitoring and capacity building), ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and promoting effective and constructive relationships. We are ready to consider candidates from Kyiv and Dnipro.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence and support the selection of new partners.
- Develop and manage partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with donor and TGH policies.
- Coordinate with TGH teams to prepare and finalize partnership agreements and internal MoUs.
- Contribute to the development and roll-out of the TGH Ukraine partnership strategy and duty of care policy.
- Ensure that TGH partnership ambitions are implemented with support from the Coordination team.
- Monitor partner performance (program, finance, compliance) through regular meetings and field visits.
- Support capacity building and organizational development of partners.
- Contribute to the development of tools and guidance for effective partnership management.
- Support the design of projects that include strong partnership components.
- Build and maintain a partner mapping and network to strengthen TGH’s localization approach.
- Collaborate closely with Grants, Finance, and MEAL teams to ensure coherent support to partners.
- Build and strengthen a network of potential partners, creating a pool of pre-identified organizations for future projects.
- Facilitate regular communication with existing partners and support joint planning when needed.
Requirements
- University degree in International Development, Social Sciences, or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in partnerships, grants, or reporting.
- Experience in humanitarian or development programs.
- Good understanding of project cycle management and program design.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, define solutions, and build consensus.
- Experience representing an organization in coordination meetings or external forums.
- Knowledge of major donor rules and compliance requirements.

- Fluent in Ukrainian and English;
- Strong computer skills.
