FUNCTIONS Needs assessment: 

1. The Enumerator (member of the AHN) will support Acted in assessing needs in the targeted hromada on a regular basis. 
2. During the employment time, the Enumerator will be expected to:
3.  Conduct interviews with local authorities and local population once a quarter using Acted’s tool for Rapid needs assessment and Cash Feasibility Assessment, based on the request.
4. Provide Acted with ad hoc information of urgent humanitarian needs in the hromada. These can include: o Conflict-related natural disasters, o Missile strikes, o Sudden disruption of markets, o Any other event that may warrant a humanitarian response by Acted. · Support Acted with needed information on request. ·
5. Only if needed, support Acted with identification of beneficiaries, registration, and/or distribution, monitoring the work of partners · 
6. Participate in a 2-day dedicated training on the Work of Acted teams online or, if possible, in person in Dnipro/Kharkiv/Mykolaiv/Sumy, which will be organized by Acted.
7. As such, the overall workload for these tasks is estimated at 50 working hours/quarter. It will be possible for the person selected to organize their work autonomously and without set working hours, however it is expected that the person will be responsive to Acted’s Senior Emergency Partnership Project Officer

Internal reporting and coordination  

• Liaise regularly with Acted’s Senior Emergency Partnership Project Officer. · RequirementsPrevious experience in social or related field preferably  
• Good knowledge of the workings of local government systems desirable
• Previous experience with data inputting and collection desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and email preferably. · Access to computer equipment (laptop, printer). 
• Working knowledge of spoken and written Ukrainian. 
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely. 
• Willingness to travel to one of the Acted offices for a 2-day training.
