Job Summary

  • As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support a wide range of workforce administration processes, such as new hires, salary changes, promotions, and terminations. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
  • Develop and maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion.
  • Administrate employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, personal days.
  • Prepare payroll information for the Finance department.
  • Coordinate the recruiting-related activities.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects (HR audits, policy updates), providing operational support as required.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters. 

Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):  

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as HR Specialist or HR Administrator. 
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Experience in personnel records management following the Ukrainian legislation and the Labor Code.

  • Effective communication and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Experience working on a small team in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
