Job Summary
- As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support a wide range of workforce administration processes, such as new hires, salary changes, promotions, and terminations. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Develop and maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion.
- Administrate employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, personal days.
- Prepare payroll information for the Finance department.
- Coordinate the recruiting-related activities.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects (HR audits, policy updates), providing operational support as required.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.
Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as HR Specialist or HR Administrator.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Experience in personnel records management following the Ukrainian legislation and the Labor Code.
