Job Overview: 

The Technical IoT Engineer will be primarily responsible for providing technical support for existing IoT deployments, designing new systems, and integrating IoT products into client environments. This position will focus on hardware, networking, and system integration aspects of IoT solutions.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing IoT deployments, resolving hardware, networking, and integration issues. 
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design custom IoT solutions that meet their needs. 
• Evaluate and select IoT hardware components, sensors, and devices based on client specifications and project requirements. 
• Design and implement system integrations to connect IoT devices with existing infrastructure and software applications. 
• Configure and deploy IoT hardware and networking infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. 
• Conduct comprehensive testing of IoT systems to validate functionality, reliability, and security. 
• Document technical specifications, installation procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines for IoT deployments. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IoT technology.

 Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 
• Proven experience in providing technical support for IoT deployments and integrating IoT products into client environments. 
• Strong understanding of IoT hardware components, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols. 
• Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, MQTT, HTTP, and wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, etc.). 
• Experience with IoT platforms and frameworks for device management and data visualization 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
