Sales Manager / SRD / BDM for B2B IT outsource

Mappitall is a Ukrainian outsourcing company. We are developing a GIS-powered (Geographic Information Systems) solution for our customers from the US, UK, and Europe.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for developing long-term trusted relationships with new clients and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Written communication with prospects (email, Linkedin, and other channels) 
  • Perform calls with leads in English 
  • Explain our design process, sales process, estimation process, and delivery process to the client on the call 
  • Showcase our relevant cases to the lead on the call 
  • Perform small talks, follow-ups, and other sales activities with leads 
  • Moving leads through the sales funnel
  • Closing deals
  • Processing meetings and write down all notes in CRM (Pipedrive) + attaching call record in loom 
  • Show performance regarding sales KPIs 
  • Process daily incoming messages from different sources 
  • Out-of-the-box thinking (not only work on templates but also the ability to analyze data of potential customers, look for signals/news for writing converting letters and messages and show to leads high level of professional care) 
  • Know and understand portfolio, and perform sales presentations

Requirements 

  • 1+ years experience in SDR or outreach for B2B IT outsource; 
  • Writing a good selling text; 
  • Team player and fast learner; 
  • Good performance when working remotely; 
  • Understanding of IT technologies; 
  • Good understanding of the sales funnel and outbound sales process
  • English C1+ 
  • Ability to perform calls till 11pm Kiev time
