Project Manager (AI R&D)

i3DESIGN is a forward-thinking technology and design company, investing in cutting-edge AI tooling for real-world use. We are building an innovative context-engineering platform designed to transform the way AI supports software development.
This next-generation solution streamlines how engineering teams interact with AI tools, enabling more efficient, accurate, and scalable development workflows.

The project has been in active development for 9 months. A solid alpha version is already running internally and is actively used by multiple engineering teams — and now we are ready to expand our small but professional R&D team.

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Project Manager who will help drive the further development of this AI product. At this stage, your contribution will have a direct and visible impact: you’ll help shape workflows, improve the product’s quality, influence development priorities, and take part in designing how international teams interact with AI tools.

Key Requirements

• 6–12+ months of experience as a Project Manager in software engineering teams

• English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)

• Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ambition

• Ability to stay organized and effective in a dynamic and flexible R&D environment

• Experience with GitLab, Notion, Slack

• Technical background is appreciated (e.g., former QA Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Create project documentation from scratch

• Participate in product testing and quality validation

• Create tasks for the team and monitor execution

• Estimate timelines, assess risks, and manage expectations

• Maintain project reporting and progress tracking

• Conduct regular meetings with the team and the Head of R&D
