Technical Writer

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer (software, hardware, or engineering documentation)
• Excellent written English with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation such as user guides, API documentation, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
• Ability to work with subject matter experts (developers, QA, product managers) to gather and validate information

Responsibilities

• Master Clock User's Manual document preparation.
• Other engineering documentation related to Sapling's synchronized clock systems.
