The Logistic manager's role is to overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, to play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers, suppliers and contact persons throughout the procurement life cycle
Provide accurate demand planning based on current Inventories level and days of inventories held KPI’s
Ensure timely providing of complete information regarding free stock availabilities for sale by Customer Service or Sales Departments requests
Control the dates of goods receipt in accordance with the delivery terms of the sales contract with the customer
Receive and process orders of goods:

- place orders in the Web Service supplier’s purchase system, timely creation in ERP data entry; create Specification for goods purchase according placed order, prepayment and ensure timely original collection; provide to the a brokerage companies all necessary information for the goods customs clearance; initiate customs payment; verify actual quantity of receiving goods based on acceptance protocol from logistics’ warehouse vs supplier's invoice data

Coordinate spare parts and goods transportation:

- plane transports moving, trace after for the he optimal loading of transport to reduce the cost of hiring a vehicle, choose the most optimal transportation routes; control of correctness the transportation documents; prevent the overdue for the goods receiving

Make the movement of inventories between storages of the enterprise
Collaborate with custom authorities and brokerage departments of other logistics companies
