Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of Nike brand categories within the wholesale distribution channel, including strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Develop and optimize assortment matrices aligned with market demands and partner requirements.
• Lead high-level negotiations with Nike headquarters, including performance presentations, plan alignment, and market insights.
• Organize and actively participate in seasonal collection presentations and product launches.
• Take part in seasonal pre-order sessions, collection presentations, including strategic plan defense before Nike headquarters.
• Prepare impactful presentations for meetings with key partners and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to track trends, consumer demand, and competitive landscape.
• Define and approve commercial terms, including discounts and incentive schemes.
• Establish and manage category budgets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing an international brand in Ukraine and engaging with global headquarters.
• Fluent English, equivalent to a native speaker, for daily communication, business correspondence, presentations, and negotiations.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them confidently to large, international audiences.
• A proactive and engaged lifestyle with a strong interest in sports.
