We are looking for a Marketing Assistant / Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day marketing activities at Bits Orchestra. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will help manage our digital presence, create and publish content, support sales materials, and maintain marketing channels. You will work directly with the CMO to turn strategic ideas into structured, consistent marketing operations.
What You Need for This Role:
1+ year of experience in digital / B2B / IT marketing
Strong written English (B2+)
Experience working with CMS (WordPress or other CMS platforms)
Experience working with content (blogs, case studies, articles)
Experience preparing LinkedIn contentStrong attention to detail
Basic experience with Figma or Canva
Experience working in an IT outsourcing company or digital agency
Experience using AI tools in marketing
Key Responsibilities
• Management of existing marketing channels: social media, website, Clutch, and similar platforms.
• Planning SMM activities: content calendar, post preparation, and development of thought leadership.
• Preparation and publishing of website content: blogs, landing pages, case studies, CMS updates.
• Creation and update of sales materials: presentations, one-pagers, service descriptions, proposals.
• Conducting market, competitor, and audience research to strengthen positioning.
• Initiating and developing new marketing ideas and directions.
• Support of email marketing: email preparation, formatting, and basic analytics.
