System Admin (IT)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator;
• Core IT components understanding: AD, GPO, firewalls, switches, routers, VPN, encryption, storage, databases, virtualization, etc.;
• Knowledge of: Windows Family, MS Products (MS Ofiice, Office 365);
• Network administration skills;
• Hardware maintenance: PC, Laptop, Routers, Switches, Printers, etc.;
• Experience with HyperV;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Ukrainian/Russian — native or bilingual
• English — B1

Would be a plus:

• Google Workspace, PowerShell scripting, Apple OS (MacOS, iOS).

Responsibilities:

• Managing the internal office infrastructure as well as remote around the world and ensuring its continuous work;
• Troubleshoot issues and outages (diagnosing and solving problems with the provider, wi-fi, operating systems, drivers, etc.);
• Monitoring the performance of servers and auxiliary equipment;
• Search and eliminate technical problems arising from the company’s employees in working with services;
• Preparation and commissioning of new workplaces for employees;
• Purchasing equipment in accordance with the required configurations.
