YODEZEEN is looking for a Financial analyst.
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to support management decision-making
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and budgets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Monitor actual performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis with clear explanations
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders
- Support strategic planning, investment evaluation, and scenario analysis
- Participate in improving financial processes and reporting efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and external partners on financial matters
- Assist in preparation of presentations for management and investors
Core Skills and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced level); experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, 1C, NetSuite)
- English at B1-В2 (Intermediate/Upper) level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
- High attention to detail, accountability, integrity, strong communication skills, persistence in follow-up
