Position: Key Account Manager for the US market

Our client, a Ukrainian company that manufactures and distributes its own brands of decorative cosmetics, invites a Key Account Manager USA to join the team.
The company has been successfully operating for more than 10 years in Ukraine, the CIS and European countries, MENA, USA, Canada & Mexico. Develops new areas of activity, constantly expands the assortment and brings brands to new markets.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a defined customer group by maintaining long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with retail networks (rotation, assortment matrix, planograms, promotions) regarding the implementation of sales volumes and the presence of the company's products.
Implementation of planned indicators (volume of sales, receivables), analysis of sales dynamics.
Development of strong and trusting relationships with customers. Conducting negotiations, monitoring compliance with agreements.
Monitoring the business environment to stay current on trends, growth objectives, competitive strategies, etc. to be best able to leverage new, innovative partnering opportunities.
Implementation of trade marketing activities.
Preparation of internal reporting.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the position of KAM, experience in working with retail.
Experience with the US market would be an advantage.
Understanding the beauty industry is a big plus.
Fluency in English.
High level of mastery of Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong track record of meeting sales objectives.
Exceptional ability to fulfill targets, close deals, and build strategic partnerships.
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage resources efficiently.
Successful experience of negotiations.
Accuracy, punctuality, responsibility.
Strong analytical skills / creative problem-solving capabilities.
