About the project:
We are looking for experienced Junior and Senior Pit Bosses to join a leading B2B and B2C gaming solutions provider.If you speak Ukrainian and English, have relative experience in gambling, and are willing to boost your career, then we are happy to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the operational aspects of the Live Studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning during the shift;
Organize and coordinate the rotation schedule for presenters and shufflers to maintain optimal performance and coverage;
Promptly troubleshoot any operational issues during the shift;
Maintain ongoing communication with senior management to provide updates on operational status, issues, and other relevant information;
Ensure the equipment is clean and in good working order. Perform minor repairs as needed and coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs;
Regularly update the logbook with detailed notes on operational activities, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented during the shift;
Monitor the integrity of all games to ensure fairness and compliance with gaming regulations;
Observe user behavior, escalating suspicious or inappropriate actions to the relevant departments for further investigation;
Document and report any software bugs or technical issues encountered during the shift;
Provide guidance and mentorship to a dedicated team during the shift, fostering their development and ensuring they are well-prepared to handle their responsibilities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Pit-Boss or Inspector, Upper-intermadiate level of English
