Service Support & Operations Specialist, UAEECA (Операційний та системний спеціаліст)

Job Description
On this position you will:
- Plan and support coffee equipment delivers in UA&EECA;
- Review equipment market (investigate, compare and searching new solutions);
- Provide care line support – analytics, presentation and improvement;
- Control Telemetry KPI – strong communication with UA&EECA countries.
- Manage Sales Dashboard – strong communication with service and sales team;
- Conduct internal & external document flow of the department.
For this role as an Ext. Service Support & Operations UA&EECA, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Higher education
- Analytical and mathematical skills;
- Focus on results and ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work in a team;
- English – Intermediate;
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
