Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Process Leadership
- Lead project planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Validate new products and lines (CQV).
- Deliver and communicate trial results on time.
- Lead ProStart meetings (pre?production, first production, post?production).
- Coordinate first production runs and ensure all materials/resources are available.
- Prepare preliminary BOMs and track project losses.
Material & Master Data Management
- Manage material phase?in/phase?out to minimize write?offs.
- Ensure accurate and timely master data setup; clean redundant data.
- Assess plant feasibility for product changes and new introductions.
Packaging & Technical Requirements
- Work with D2P and R&D to ensure packaging artwork meets plant requirements.
- Validate suitability of delivered packaging materials.
Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain project plans with MSUs, R&D, Category teams, suppliers, and production.
- Ensure new products launch on time, within budget, and to required quality.
- Prepare Plant Project Briefs.
- Act as a technical consultant for Marketing & Sales on plant capabilities.
Capability, Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Build expertise in plant capacity and constraints; act as key technical contact.
- Lead and support optimization and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor plant capacity and initiate capacity?increase projects.
- Lead IM pillar, support MOS development, and participate in audits.
- Ensure SAP technical data accuracy.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience (plant program or similar preferred).
- Proven project management and cross?functional teamwork experience.
- Experience in automated/digitalized production environments is an advantage.
- SAP and master data knowledge is a plus.
