PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for the development and implementation of the full marketing strategy and activations for the whole brand portfolio of the company (Staritsky Levitsky, Distil#9, etc.)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns around key product launches and marketing events
Implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
Develop the overall marketing strategy and supervise consistency throughout the whole organization
Lead marketing agencies and cooperate with other external providers
Manage and develop Brand Ambassadors
Negotiate with the sales team project or brand program implementation
Connect sales and marketing goals
Forecast market trends
Research market to identify new opportunities
Generate innovative marketing ideas to promote brand and products in Modern Trade and On-Trade
Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
Digital marketing management (social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, etc.)
Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors team, give them instructions on brand communications and storytelling
Manage brand merchandisers
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, gained in the FMCG sector (alcohol a bonus but not a necessity)
Higher education, preferred majors related to management or marketing
B2-C1 English and Fluent Ukraine
Proactive and goal oriented approach
Brand management knowledge - a clear understanding of the marketing mix
Strong brand focus
Experience in building and executing marketing plans
Team player
