A day in the life of the Packaging Sustainability Subject Matter Expert

• Act as a subject matter expert on packaging processes and content, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
• Coordinate, gather and convert requirements from Zone and Market Packaging Managers to optimize and execute data entry of Packaging Data
• Monitor and analyze packaging data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the onboarding of new markets and projects on our sustainable packaging data journey
• Develop and execute requests for information on environmental and sustainable data topics.
• Follow and share best practices within NBS Delivery Teams
• Handle escalated issues and complaints from the Market  and provide analysis/resolution 

What will make you successful

• An experienced professional with a Packaging or technical background with project management experience and a process driven mindset
• Experienced in cross-functional and intercultural stakeholder management
• Passion for addressing new business needs to optimize our end-to-end packaging data process
• Experienced with MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, preferably experienced in SAP
• Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level
