Main Responsibilities:
- HR administration across the company;
- All employee related actions (hire, termination, transfers, vacations);
- State authorities and internal reporting;
- Medical insurance program administration;
- Work with HR systems and data bases;
- Support different HR projects and tasks.
Main Requirements:
- University Degree;
- Knowledge of English (Upper Intermediate);
- From 1 year previous HR experience;
- Strong knowledge of the local legislation and reporting;
- Attentive to details, strong planning and analytical skills, result focus;
- High level of emotional intelligence;
- Understanding of payroll process would be a plus.
