We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Learning Technical Associate to join our T&L HUB.

With you we will:  

• Administration of Mandatory Corporate Trainings – assignment creation, availability groups management, data analysis and reporting etc; 
• Act as a business expert on the LMS and associated learning technologies; 
• Conduct data analysis of Mandatory training records for all German population; 
• Coordinate technical issues and align resolutions with impacted teams; 
• Drive system improvements and deployment of new functionalities. 

Key requirements: 

• A specialist with experience in administering a Learning Management System (LMS); 
• English on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal); 
• Advanced user of MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Power Point); 
• Communication, coordination and analytical skills; 
• A fast-learner, attentive to details.
