Business Analyst [MM]

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technical or economic disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SAP/automation implementation projects.
- Experience in developing business requirements for process automation is an advantage.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (spoken and written).
Specific Skills:
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 for process modeling.
- Data visualization and analysis skills.
- Ability to propose hypotheses and draw conclusions.
- Knowledge of primary data processing methods.
- Task formulation and decomposition for IT teams.
- Logical/strategic thinking.
- Team and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proactiveness and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the SAP MM module.
- Conduct surveys, identify, and analyze SAP requirements.
- Create templates for directories, migrate and maintain data in SAP.
- Analyze and document business processes for SAP implementation.
- Develop technical specifications, decompose functional requirements into User Stories.
- Propose and formalize business process improvements.
- Design organizational and functional SAP models.
- Participate in SAP module implementation, including task formation and scope design.
- Prepare test cases and test configurations/developments.
- Test the Minimum Viable Product in SAP's test environment.
- Plan and organize SAP go-live activities.
- Support and develop the SAP system.
- Conduct user training, create training materials and standards.
