Accountant

 Samsung is opening the vacancy of Accountant to make a financial document flow to follow-up spare parts supply process and common process of service department

SVC accountant for Spare Parts Operation

• Daily Manage primary Document flow for spare parts sales and returns with partners (expense invoices, invoices, return invoices, MEDOC/Vchasno)
• Reconciliations with partners on the amount of payment for services (carriers, brokers, recycling)
• Posting payment documents in Finance system
• Preparation of documents for the disposal of spare parts
• Posting of refurbish panels / writing off of spare parts

Logistic Cost operation control

• Posting logistics costs related to SVC team operation in system and control payment process to vendors
• Manage and update logistic tariffs master data in system
• Contract sign (MEDOC/Vchasno) and tariffs posting
• Verification of data with forwarders ( NovaPoshta, DSV, Mainfreight, etc)
• Document management
• Logistic claims management (Making claims against carriers for loss / damage to cargo)
• Work with claims of NP (preparation of documents; posting of compensations) and letter of guarantee

Support SVC operation with other payment/posting processes 

• Postings SVC expenses
• Service centers logistic compensation payment and control
• Purchase consumables for department needs

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• spoken intermediate level of English;
• 2+ year of relevant experience (Accountant, Service Support Specialist, Assistant) in Consumer Electronics or FMCG
• intermediate Excel, knowledge of SAP
• responsibility and attention to details
