Sales Force Management
- Define right number of exclusive company representative (promoters) who are dedicated to sell TV and Home Appliance products in store
- Set right incentive for company promoters with tactical weekly-base management and analysis of its sales impact
- Evaluate promoter efficiency daily and weekly base with regard to retail environment, sales dynamics and market share impact
- Develop clear and transparent tools how to improve promoter efficiency and continuously grow and improve promoter sales result
- Manage a set of promoter performance KPIs (dashboard) on a regular basis
- Organize and lead promoter training, evaluate their skills development and upgrade education process
Field Team Coordination
- Develop strategic direction and tactical focuses for field teams of regional merchandisers and trainers
- Evaluate efficiency of field force, develop and set list of KPIs for their tactical performance management
- Organize and lead merchandisers training to develop their skills
Documents handling
- Initial document assessment, documentary issues handling, pre-approval processing with admin departments
- Handling all the necessary documentation and hard copy forms, contracts, etc., for the efficient, cost-effective execution in line with company policies
What we need for this role
- 2+ year of relevant experience (Finance Analyst, Sales Analyst, Field Force Specialist, HR Admin)
- Analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel (complete formulas, pivot tables, PowerBI)
- strong intermediate level of English
- excellent communication skills and high responsibility level
- completed high education in Economics or equivalent
