Our partner, the Europe’s largest automotive retail company (official importer) is offering the unique possibility to join the team on one of key positions as Head of Fleet/Corporate Car Park
Responsibilities:
- Development, alignment and realization of the fleet sales strategies for the brands represented by the company
- Communication with the Dealer network related to the fleet sales development including conduction of the trainings and workshops;
- Development of the Das WeltAuto brand in Ukraine;
- Ensurance of support for all Das WeltAuto partners in the implementation of the brand strategy, setting goals and exercising audits;
- Development of internal regulations related to the corporate car park, control over distribution and usage of the company vehicles.
General requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in economics;
- English – advanced written and spoken, German would be an advantage;
- Experience in automotive sales at least 3 years;
- Experience on a leading position successfully managing a team;
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian legislative framework related to the new and used car businesses, insurance services, car financing etc.;
- Strategical, structured, and analytical thinking, structured, excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial approach.
