Compensation and Benefits Manager (C&B)

UNIQA Insurance Company, a leader in the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, is inviting a Compensation and Benefits Manager (C&B) to join our team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Staff planning and payroll budget management; 

• Job evaluation/grading; 

• Processing salary survey results, preparing analytical conclusions, and making proposals for changes in the remuneration system; 

• Implementing the new Performance Management process (based on Success Factor) with the head office team; 

• Automation of department processes: ensuring the implementation of process changes, analyzing their necessity; 

• Developing and updating policies and procedures in the C&B area;  

• Preparing reports and analyzing the effectiveness of benefits and compensation programs. 

• Managing employee benefits; 

• Analyzing the labor market and researching competitive benefits and compensation packages; 

• Ensuring the company's reward policies comply with legislative requirements and internal standards. 

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position 

• Deep knowledge of compensation, benefits, and labor legislation 

• High analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data 

• Advanced Excel skills 

• English proficiency at least at the Upper Intermediate level 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Responsibility, organizational skills, attention to detail.
