Head of Representative Office

Location: Lviv, Ukraine

An international logistics group, a trusted partner in road, rail, and multimodal freight solutions across Europe, is looking for a Head of Representative Office in Ukraine.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can represent the company’s interests in Ukraine, strengthen its market presence, and drive sustainable commercial growth. You will serve as the main ambassador and strategic connector between Ukrainian partners, clients, and European headquarters.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote the company in Ukraine — ensuring visibility, credibility, and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Develop business opportunities with Ukrainian and international customers, carriers, and institutional partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis of trends, competitors, and pricing to identify growth areas.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, industry associations, and government representatives.
• Collaborate with European offices to ensure commercial alignment and operational excellence.
• Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and forums, acting as the company’s brand ambassador.
• Ensure high-quality communication and reporting between the Ukrainian market and headquarters.

 Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or multimodal transport.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or representative functions.
• Deep understanding of the Ukrainian freight market and transport infrastructure.

 Additional Requirements:

• Fluent English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
