THE MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, develop & manage campaigns on national & regional level (develop 3y plan of campaigns).
- Responsible for national events and demo, incl. supporting promo materials.
- Propose A&P budget for corresponding crop and align on Territory Marketing contribution.
- Participate in internal meetings & trainings with Sales & Marketing teams.
- Participate in grower & influencer related meetings, seminars.
- Portfolio strategy development.
- Brand plans.
- Campaigns planning.
- A&P budgeting.
- Integrated solutions: adaptation and execution.
- Grower segmentation.
- New market segments development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education.
- Fluency in English.
- 3 + years of relevant experience of marketing function within international companies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize work and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Focusing on action and outcomes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
- High level of energy and EQ. Acting with honor and character.
