HR Generalist

LCC "MNS INVESTMENT" is the official representative in Ukraine of the Italian company ONIVERSE, which creates successful products and brands for the fashion retail world. CALZEDONIA, INTIMISSIMI, INTIMISSIMI UOMO, TEZENIS, FALCONERI are world leaders in the sale of underwear, knitwear, homewear&nightwear, beachwear and socks. 

In connection with the expansion of our professional and friendly team, we are opening a vacancy for an HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support onboarding and retention programs for employees.
• Prepare HR reporting and data analysis.
• Provide guidance and support to employees in HR processes.
• Actively participate in HR department projects.
• Сoordinate and support the work of the recruiter.
• Collaborate with managers on employee motivation, retention, and communication improvement.
• Monitor and engage in employee motivation management.
• Develop corporate culture: assist in planning and organizing events to promote corporate values.

About you: 

• University degree or completed courses by specialty.
• 2+ years of experience on a similar position.
• Understanding of fashion retail will be a plus.
• English language level B2.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google work space and HR SRM system.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in change management.
• Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations.
