Beauty Training Manager (perfumes and cosmetics)

Our partner is an international company and one of the world's leading fashion houses specializing in the production of premium clothing, luxury fragrances, cosmetics, watches, and jewelry. The company is currently looking for an experienced mentor for consultants in the cosmetics and fragrances sales department.

The main goal is to ensure high-quality training for external and internal consultants, support a high level of brand image, and make an optimal contribution to the development of the company.

Main responsibilities:
 - assessing training needs, and developing and implementing an annual schedule of training courses for different categories of employees and distribution channels;

- conducting training sessions for consultants on products, service standards, brand history, and new collections;

- developing and adapting training materials in accordance with the company's standards;

- assessing training effectiveness and preparing reports;

- mentoring new employees and supporting the team's professional development;

- working in the Fragrances, Cosmetics, and Skincare sales department, actively cooperating with marketing and HR departments to achieve common goals;

- managing the budget for training events (hotels, venue/equipment rental, decoration, gifts for training participants);

- updating training room products in accordance with corporate standards;

- participating in events for consultants and partners' representatives to support and develop the сompany's image;

- adapting Ukrainian training materials, providing information support, and coordinating partners' connection to and familiarity with the corporate learning application;

- conducting online training sessions for partners as needed;

- conducting adapted psychological training sessions (as needed).

Requirements:

- experience in the retail field and personnel training;

- excellent communication and presentation skills;

- knowledge of the beauty industry will be a market advantage;

- fluency in Ukrainian and English;

- ability to work with online learning platforms and presentation tools;

- result-oriented, analytical thinking, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team;

- high level of computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);

- developed communication and presentation skills;

- willingness to travel abroad 2-3 times a year, and within Ukraine 3 times a year (depending on the need and situation).
