This is a fully remote, full-time position.

Please note that candidates will be required to complete training with the manager. The training covers a substantial amount of medical information, including details about doctors, insurance information, clinic specialization, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to the patients of the clinic

• Do follow up on patient health by asking standard questions

• Enter answers to the question into the system

• Responding to patients' questions

• Build a positive/trusting relationship with patients

• Manage the schedule depending on the load of work

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English 

• Previous experience in the medical field or medical education

• Excellent telephone communication skills

• High level of customer service expertise

• Ability to manage difficult customers effectively

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Working hours 

• The working hours are from 11am to 7pm New York time, totaling 40 hours per week

Compensation:

• This role provides a competitive monthly salary, including compensation during the training time. The rate of pay will be addressed in the interview and will depend on your experience.
