We are a fast-growing lead generation company specializing in performance-based marketing. We work with international markets, focus on high-quality traffic, and build long-term partnerships with affiliates and advertisers.
Due to our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with their own active base of webmasters/publishers and ready to scale it together with us.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow your existing affiliate/webmaster network
Attract new affiliates and traffic sources
Negotiate commercial terms and payouts
Monitor traffic quality and performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI, etc.)
Optimize campaigns together with media buyers and advertisers
Ensure traffic compliance and maintain quality standards
Build long-term relationships with partners
Requirements
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation
Own active base of webmasters/affiliates (mandatory)
Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare)
Experience with different traffic sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Native, Push, etc.)
An analytical mindset and the ability to work with performance metrics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
English level B2 or higher
Nice to Have
Experience in Tier-1 GEOs (US, UK, CA, AU)
Experience working with white-hat offers
Understanding of compliance and traffic quality control
