Junior System Administrator

We are currently seeking a Junior System Administrator to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Support colleagues regarding IT issues, management of user accounts (domain, email, Jira).

• Installation, troubleshooting, maintaining of PC's, Laptops, Servers

  .

• Maintenance of network equipment (wired, wireless) including Cisco switches, firewall and router, (wireless) Aruba AP

  .

• Preparation  of the documents and follow up IT processes inside the company (confluence).

•  Implementation and in time update of corporate IT Security measures, backup management.

  
  

• Communication with providers and system/network engineers from HQ

  - Accounting of IT equipment, equipment purchases, budget planning for IT expenses

  .

Вимоги:

• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP server configuration).

• Basic knowledge in virtualization (VMware ESXI, Docker).

• Basic knowledge in AWS (computing).  

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (active directory, 3rd party antivirus service Sophos)

• Knowledge of Windows family products (Office (19, 365), Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2022) and Mac OS family.

• Knowledge in support of accountant and designers software.

• User-friendly attitude willing to help employees solving their daily issues with the IT infrastructure

• Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude

• Willing to learn new technologies and respond quickly to new challenges. 

• Intermediate English.
