Project Manager (E-commerce Content Management)

We are currently seeking an E-commerce Operations Project Manager (for Samsung project with Hybris focus) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate e-commerce requests related to pricing, promotions, bundles, vouchers, and other commercial activities for Samsung.
• Prepare and adapt client-approved requests according to Global/European office  templates and requirements
• Brief web publishers and developers on implementation tasks
• Monitor project execution and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain daily communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Validate implementation before release and report any issues
• Operate user-generated content (Bazaar voice)
• Collaborate with HQ, EO and Operation teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in project management, e-commerce operations, or digital marketing
• Experience coordinating web development or e-commerce implementation tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
• Intermediate English (written and spoken will be used on daily basis)
